Moon Sighting: Tuesday, February 17
※ If the moon is sighted in Taiwan, or if neighboring countries confirm the start of Ramadan, the first day of fasting will be Wednesday, February 18. (Ramadan 1st)
※ If the moon is not sighted in Taiwan or neighboring countries, the first "Tarawih" prayer will be held on the evening of Wednesday, February 18. In this case, the first day of fasting will be Thursday, February 19.(Ramadan 1st)

國曆二月十七日，星期二晚看月：
※如台灣地區見月，或經證實鄰近國家進入齋月，國曆二月十八日(星期三)封首日齋。
※若台灣地區或鄰近國家經證實未見月，則國曆二月十八日(星期三)晚上禮首次「特拉威哈」拜。二月十九日(星期四)封首日齋。
